Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dancing Jazz
A dance genre popularised in TV shows and musicals, begin your Jazz journey with StepUp where classes practises the Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dancing (CSTD) syllabus that focuses on the 4 'E's of Expressions, Education, Encouragement and Enjoyment.

An outlet for talented students to pursue their passion and personal dance limits. Through specialised and dedicated training, students are coached for participation in local and overseas Dance Competitions and Performances.

Through collaborations with partners like SAFRA, Singapore Children’s Society and Peacce of Arts, our students perform regularly at events thus offering plenty of opportunities to bridge their learning in class to stage, and elevating their stage exposure and confidence.
𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐬
Through our annual RAD Ballet and CSTD Jazz Exams, our student’s standards are quantified in these internationally recognised and certified Exams. Every year, more than 300 of our students participates in these Exams.
𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐬
Our Recitals that are conducted biennially in professional theatres, offers every student a chance to live a day in the life of a dancer by performing on a grand stage in front of a few hundred spectators in the audience.
