Dear Parents & Students, 


We refer to the announcement by the Multi-Ministry Taskforce on 20th July with regards to the reversion back into Phase 2 (Heightened Alert) as shared in this link: MOH News Highlights.

 

We wish to assure all parents and students that since the news broke on 20th July, we have been in close contact with our entire team to discuss and formulate the conduct of our dance classes during Phase 2 (Heightened Alert) that takes into consideration a sustained learning progress while balancing the health concerns during this challenging time. Thus, we are introducing our Hybrid Learning Model as shared below. 


a) Continuation of in-person dance classes in our dance studios: 


We wish to highlight that we are not required by the Authorities to cease classes and move all lessons online (unlike the measures back in May 2021). Furthermore, we want to assure our parents that we have a robust Safe Management Measure (SMMs) plan in place as announced on 15th June that has sufficiently addressed the various changes in the Authority's SMMs from then till now. From our understanding, most (if not) all enrichment providers are also continuing with their classes in-person during Phase 2 (HA). 


Thus, going forward, please be informed that we are continuing with our in-person dance class in our studios and there are no changes to the class day/time, or the reporting/dismissal time. 


b) Concurrent Provision Of Online Dance Classes Till 18th August: 


While our main mode of learning is still in-person classes in our studios, we are cognisant that some parents will hope to be offered other learning options during this period of time. 


Therefore, we are also going to provide concurrent Online Dance Classes at the regular class day/time via Google Meet from 24th July till 18th August. For more information on the Online Dance Classes, please kindly refer to our email (that is sent on 22nd July) for more information.
