Instructors

Ms Rachael Pong

Ms Rachael first joined our teaching family in 2016 and is one of our core Instructor for Ballet at SAFRA Punggol where she has been teaching since we first opened our doors for classes.

As part of her teaching journey, Ms Rachael had pursued her Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies by the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) under the mentorship of StepUp's Founder Mrs Ng, and her other teaching interest also includes Pole Dance where not only is she an instructor but Ms Rachael has also won top distinctions in local Pole Dance competitions since 2017. In December 2021, Ms Rachael successfully completed her RAD Teacher's Course to graduate as a RAD Registered Teacher.

As a student and performer, Ms Rachael has completed her Intermediate Level in the Royal Academy of Dance Vocational Exams and has participated in numerous NAFA School of Young Talents performances.

For her teaching ethos, Ms Rachael will always act with integrity while forging positive professional relationships with our student’s parents. She believes in the equal appreciation of all students so that they are encouraged to develop their potential individually.
